Hyperformer is the consulting company owned by Stephanie L. Moore, Ph.D. Stephanie has her doctorate in Instructional Technology and is on the faculty at the University of Virginia. She has been a leader in instructional design and technology, including award-winning work for several online initiatives. She is actively involved in professional associations and deeply committed to professional practices that are grounded in research and evidence-based practices. Stephanie also consults with various organizations on a range of projects that relate to instructional design, online learning, and performance improvement. She has extensive experience in assessment and analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Stephanie has additional expertise in change and diffusion as well as systems design. She is author of a book focused on socially responsible strategic planning as well as numerous articles on online learning, ethics of educational technology, and strategic planning including articulating meaningful visions and missions.
James B. Ellsworth, Ph.D., CPT has over 20 years experience in instructional technology, online planning and leadership, and strategic planning. He has served as Chief of Evaluation and is an expert in change and diffusion, bringing great insight and leadership to any project. He holds his doctorate in Instructional Design, Development & Evaluation and is a Certified Performance Technology, having worked for over 20 year primarily in military / defense educational settings. He has also authored several publications on change and strategic planning and has most recently consulted on evaluation of online learning for veterans.
Between the two of them, they have experience in all major industries including business, higher education, K-12, military and defense, government agencies, and non-profit.
