Original:
“Our sales staff isn’t selling as many online subscriptions as we asked them to, so I’m going to get some more training for them on that service.”
Provide a good UDL objective to finish this statement:
“Our sales staff isn’t selling as many online subscriptions as we asked them to, so ___________” (want some ideas?)
Now our supervisor should start asking the question “what’s the barrier” … but that’s a different module. If you’re not sure what other possibilities there could be, go to the section on Barriers in the Learning Environment. Those same barriers apply in workplace settings, too.
